Ayurveda, which literally means the knowledge and wisdom of life, is the traditional healing system of India. Its origins are thousands of years old. Ayurveda is considered a sister science of Yoga; the two work hand-in-hand.
Through having an Ayurvedic consultation, the unique nature of a person is defined, and any existing imbalances are identified. An individualized treatment program that targets the root cause of imbalance is designed and will include foods, herbs, and lifestyle practices—all aimed at restoring or maintaining balance.

BioSomatics Movement Education is a gentle approach to restoring mobility, improving body control, and gaining awareness through floor-based movements. Unlike traditional exercise classes, BioSomatics focuses on finding easeful and efficient movement patterns; participants are guided through use of breath, visualization, and simple motions to help discover and release tension patterns. BioSomatics can be practiced by anyone and can be safely done in conjunction with other activities or forms of exercise. Group and individual classes are offered.
